Ehdaa lets you create a permanent personal gift profile at a single link, add products from various stores, share them, and let guests reserve gifts anonymously to avoid duplicates.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, publish infringing content, violate others' rights, or attempt to harm the service.

Reserving a gift is available to guests without an account and anonymously. We do not guarantee product availability or price at the store at the time of actual purchase.

The platform may contain purchase links, and we may earn a commission when you complete a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you.

We comply with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce requirement to disclose these links as 'advertising material'. The presence of a link is not a recommendation or a guarantee of the product or store.

All rights to the platform's name, logo, and design are reserved. Content you add remains yours, and you grant us a license to display it within the platform's service.

We do not control external stores and are not a party to the purchase between you and them. Any purchase, payment, shipping, or return is subject to the store's own terms, and we bear no responsibility for it.

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or applicable laws.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
